Terms of sale

The short version of how buying on Xone.build works.

What you buy

A purchase on this site is a one-time payment for the app you choose. The price is shown at checkout in your currency. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

What you get

Right after payment you get a licence key and download links, on the confirmation page and by e-mail. The apps are digital, so delivery is immediate. If you lose your key or your links, you can get them again on the downloads page with your order id and e-mail.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and are never stored by us. Our order record holds your order id, e-mail address, the app you bought, your licence key and a download count.

Trials, demos and refunds

Every paid app can be tried first: there is a 7-day trial on the Microsoft Store, and several of our apps are free. Because purchases are delivered digitally and can be tried beforehand, we do not give refunds for purchases made on this site.

Purchases made on the Microsoft Store, itch.io or other stores follow the terms of those stores.

If something does not work

If an app does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it or help you get it running. Many common questions are answered in the Help section.

Xone.build apps are available on the Microsoft Store, on itch.io and on Uptodown, and SkyDSP Mixer Pro is on Fab, the Unreal Engine marketplace. Whichever store you choose, you get the same app and the same updates, and you can always buy or download directly here.
