Spectramp licence

Spectramp is free software in the sense of free of charge. It is not open source. By installing or using Spectramp you accept this licence.

1. Use

You may install and use Spectramp on any number of computers, at home or at work, at no cost.

2. Sharing unchanged copies

You may copy and redistribute Spectramp, free of charge, as long as the program files, this licence and the copyright notices stay unchanged. This includes putting the published packages (for example the .deb or the AppImage) into another package format or software repository, such as Flatpak, an APT repository or the AUR, without changing the program itself.

3. What is not allowed

Selling Spectramp, or charging for a licence to use it.
Changing, decompiling, disassembling or reverse engineering the program, except where the law says you may.
Removing or changing the copyright notices, the name or the logo, or passing off a changed copy as Spectramp.

4. Other software inside

Spectramp contains open source components. They remain under their own licences, and nothing in this licence limits your rights under them. Their notices come with Spectramp in the file THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt.

5. No warranty

Spectramp is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Xone.build is not liable for any damage that comes from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. End

This licence ends automatically if you break it. You must then stop using and sharing Spectramp.

If you got Spectramp from the Microsoft Store, the Store's own terms apply as well.
