ScreenLatch privacy policy

Effective 8 October 2026 · publisher xdev143 / xone.build

ScreenLatch saves display profiles and preferences locally on your computer. These include profile names, keyboard shortcuts, display names and identifiers, display settings, and startup preferences. It does not send your profiles or settings to us, and includes no developer analytics or advertising.

Local error logs may include exception details, file paths, and information about your computer. These logs are not automatically uploaded. You can import or export profiles through files you choose; exported files contain your profile and settings data. You control whether to share those files or logs.

The Microsoft Store version uses Microsoft Store services to check purchase and trial licenses. Microsoft handles Store purchases and licensing under its own privacy statement: https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. Website or email links open external services when you choose to use them.

Local profile data remains until you delete it. If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to provide and use it to respond to your request. Do not send passwords, banking information, or tax identifiers.

For privacy questions or requests concerning information you have sent us, contact hello@xone.build.
